The organizers of the Three hills cup competitions published the invitation for the event.
The competition will be held from 20 march to 22 march 2020 in the area of Veliko Tarnovo.
After Bulletin 2 for JWOC2020 was released, we are happy to share with you that Three hills cup 2020 will be held on very similar terrains for the Sprint and Middle distances.
This is a great opportunity for everyone, who’s preparing for JWOC to test their orienteering in a well-organized competition with high-quality maps and courses.
In order to achieve that, we have in our team Georgi Kartalov (map-maker JWOC Long distance) and Georgi Hadzhimitev (Technical director JWOC and map-maker Middle distance) who will be respectively map-maker and course setter.
Sprint distance
It will be held in the old neighbourhood of Varusha – a steep hill with many narrow streets and paths, pavements as well as tiny stairs and old houses.

Middle distance
Thick forest with many rocks, stones, rocky fields, cliffs, small ground objects and not many paths on the terrain.
